All anglers at all levels of experience can enjoy these silver kings. We fish live bait style on conventional and spin tackle as well as stalking in the shallows with fly rod. As the waters of the middle Florida keys Marathon warm after the winter cold fronts, April shows signs of Tarpon fishing conditions. A typical season can show favorable conditions from end of March through mid July with April, May and June being the heart of this great recreational fishery.
